Hi,

I have been paying my landline / wifi bill thru airtel app. when i made a payment on 15-Apr, for the due amount of INR 1,068, the actual amount debited was 100 times my due amount. Immediately i have raised this issue to airtel & they agreed that extra amount has been received by them. they informed me the amount will be credited by 24 hours. But till date i have not received the amount back, inspite of calling up daily to their customer care. every time i  call they are informing that they have done their job & its pending w/ the bank. No proper response from airtel which i am getting. i have to pay my EMI / credit card bill & also i have issued a cheque to somebody, which i have informed them to hold & not to present to the bank. They are calling me every day to take the update. i am being harassed by airtel. I ma not getting my money back inspite of regular follow up. Please please help me.
