I had lodge a Zero FIR for missing of my mobile and SIM Card and others at Brajrajnagar P.S ,Jharsuguda to reissue a new SIM Card at Vodaphone Service Centre, Jharsuguda,Odisha at Sarbahal Road
The service centre replacement has been done by issuing a New SIM to me against my mobile No.9583924402 bearing SIM serial No 8991753006 445836164 . On 6th October 2018 I had done replacement of my SIM at about 10.20A.M but it was rejected by saying POI details have not matached. Again I had replacement my SIM at about 11.00 A>m but it was rejected again on the same day by SMS that my POI details have not matched.
For your kind information I have to say you that my name is Aswini Kumar Pati but you have wrongly entered in your data base Aswini Kumar. Therefore please active me SIM by correction my name as Aswini Kumar Pati.
It is noted that last year I had also made Aadhar link to my mobile number and it was activated but not it seems that in your data base Aadhare link has been waive out.
So please activate my mobile as a urgent basis
