There was an offer on flipkart in big billion days sale which was on 10 oct 2018 to 14 oct 2018 that if i will recharge for the amount greater than Rs.300 i will get Rs.150 instant discount so i rechargerd with Rs.399 and it showed me that Rs150 instant discount applied and i had to pay Rs.249 so i paid it but due to rupay card of paytm bank the amount doesn’t show in the OTP sms and i paid after that i checked my bank statement it showed they deducted Rs.399 from my account. When i contacted they said they will help me within 24hrs and then they closed my ticket and i didn’t got any solution.
