Had ordered a laptop on 19th January 2022 from Reliance Digital online application and it turned out to be defective and when contacted they demanded for DOA (Defective on Arrival certificate) from the service centre which was issued and submitted upon which the product was picked up on 30th January 2022 and a new replacement order RDXF0000580102 was created which has been under confirmed status from 30th January. It was supposed to be delivered within 3rd February and when contacted again they said to wait until 7 days. Now it’s been more than 13 days and still they are asking me to wait and not dispatching my replacement product after all this delay.
