Text of Complaint by Rajat Kumar Verma:

This is regarding the Kent Grand plus RO dated 26th Oct’23 from Reliance Online platform.

Kent Grand plus RO was installed on 30th Oct’23 by the personnel assigned by Reliance. But RO was not functional from the start. As per conversation with Reliance customer service, they scheduled the investigation on 2nd Nov’23 and assigned another personnel, who completed the investigation on the same day along with initiating the replacement request.

After calling multiple times and mail them, I got mail from Reliance Digital on 11th Nov that I need to collect the DOA letter from Kent. I contact Kent and tried to collect it. Kent denied the request saying only Reliance can request the DOA letter. Then call Reliance Digital again to let them know and share the mail from Kent. On 16th Nov Reliance said, they will request the DOA letter from Kent.

On 17th, they schedule the Replacement “pick up the faulty product”. Reliance Digital called me 1 times which I failed to attend. Afterward they cancel the request justified that, I was not able to pick hence they need to create another request and need to start from scratch. Reliance Digital team said they have called multiple times but they don’t have record for same, whereas I received call only 1 time.
