I ordered a laptop on 4th of May from Reliance digital paid full 45,999 rupees ,it was ordered under insta delivery which means to be delivered under 3 hours ,when it was delayed I called customer care executive and asked about it’s status ,”he said your order will be delivered by tomorrow” in evening I got call from the store owner that due to lock down my store is closed so I won’t be able to deliver you the product by 6th of May, due to urgent need of money I want to cancel my order but there is no cancellation option available on their app or website, although when called to customer care executive they siad it’s on the left side of order section but it’s a lie, now I have my money stuck, I ma in very need of my money please look into the matter as soon as possible.
