Text of Complaint by Mohammad Ijaz Ansari:

I had taken excitel broadband connection on 25 January 2023, after taking 3 month worst wifi service I decided to disconnect it. After the disconnection I raised the refund complaint what they had taken from me regarding the router, which they taken from my house next day of disconnection. They had taken ₹2000 as deposit at connection time. They committed me that the amount will refunded in 60 working days but now they are not ready to do that . it almost 160 completed. Whenever I call on customer care they are just fooling me that we are working on it and your refund will come as soon as possible but they are not ready to give me the time. This same comment they giving me from last three months, pls help and punished these fraudsters who taking people hard earned money.
