Charged full amount refused to provide connection nor answering to my queries. Lady representative Maryjoy phone number 8925912945. Not even responded to my queries, who brain washed me to pay full amount and assured me of activation today morning, none of them turned nor responding. These type of representatives must terminated for creating lack of trust. I can no longer trust act service. See the service what you people are providing. I want act to take action on this employee mariajoy. Im not getting any support from act, i request to cancel my order and refund my amount that i paid, i clearly told that lady that im leaving india in few days and this is pretty urgent, she assured me to send engineer asap to activate, after charging my money no response. I have raised consumer complaints, next im posting it in twitter, facebook, let everyone know about act service. How dare your employee treating customer cheap way, im not anyone’s servant. Customer’s pay money and ur business runs. Your employees doesn’t have basic skills to manage customer. Annoying, i need to talk to head of the department. Act is no longer trustable. Im sorry I was so polite and patience but now i lost my cool. I thought act is one of the best, and now its understood how best it is….Let me see what actions you take from ur side. Finally technician visited, he told me this area is not feasible, we dont have service. You people literally wasted my time, im taking this to court for wasting my time. You people dont have educated staffs. You people are just a mess. This is unacceptable and cheap. In what basis you people charging without knowing anything? I have given exact address, such an useless employees in act. Thank you for bringing it to light about Act. I need refund plus compensation for wasting my time, because of your staff’s assurance i have disconnected my previous network provider connection. Act is a mess. Where is the ceo? Look at the service you provide. Im going to drag this furthermore until i get compensation. Shame on you guys.
