Hi

I have complaint several times thru Vi app and phone calls also regarding slow internet speed but till date I have got any satisfactory solution from service provider’s end. My last conversation with Ms pooja (on cust. care number 198), she replied that our area (residence and office in Delhi) is most utilised area and this is the best service they can provide. Then I suggested if you can not provide the sevices for which I have been paying should be compensated .

Therefore I feel,  No positive action has been taken so far.
