Mirraw online shopping, I have purchased a product in online, it has to be delivered before 13th dec 2020 but not delivered and i have many emails exchanged and courier services says they sent back the parcel, i have asked for refund but there is no reply from them and they are not attending calls as well, i have then realized and check on their page in Twitter, it looks like a big online Fraud, they are cheating everyone.
How can I complain on them and get my refund back and block them permanently from online Fraud Business?
