Dear sir /mam,
My Vodafone postpaid number is +91 9698447567 it’s postpaid sim. Now I wish to change postpaid to prepaid connection. So I am submitted my proof and payment without outstanding, on 9.2.2019 but till now activated and also from customer care side not getting any proper response and status, please am requesting you solve my issue and activate my sim and do the needful.
