have been a myntra customer for a long long time. I have been ordering products for years clothing, and more.. On Dec 24 I received one of my product which I order, product is ear rings as that product is having return and refund policy as mentioned in the Myntra app, but i have raised return request because that product is not good for me, around 5 time and every time they are declining the return request and i am reached myntra customer support, that people are telling every time it will be resolved with in 4 to 5 days, but after 10 days also I didn’t get the solution for that issue, Issue not yet resolved
