“I placed an online order in your website on 04.01.2021 and received an email about confirmation of my order from your end on 05.01.2021. My order ID is #27603. I orderd Green and Blue Peacock Design Soft Silk Saree but I received totaly different product on 10.01.2021. I have attached the images with this email. Images of ordered product and received product is attached with this email. The product quality also not good. I want to return the product. Given contact number with the product is not working.
Please find the attachments and reply me about the return procedure and send me the original product or return my money.”
I send this email to Takesaree@gmail.com and got this reply…”Dear customer,
we received your mail our supporting team checked your mail You Get Same Product So Return Or Replacement Not Possible.”
