I have booked OYO hotel rooms yesterday for 2 members i.e., a single room. They have provided me with the booking information but now when I went to the room to check in they are telling me that there is no electricity available and threw our luggage outside and behaved very rudely.
Now, I am trying to complain to the management they are very irresponsible to the customer and telling us that is not their responsibility.
