Place :- Mohali
I ordered from Baker lounge. Then the Baker lounge said that the cake is not available and he can’t cancel the order because his server is not working, Zomato boy called me and said to cancel the order. I tried to reach so many times but Zomato people didn’t give me damn. And Zomato chat support executive told me that they refund my money from their end. But till now I didn’t receive my money back. Zomato people makes me fool all the time. None of them provide me the solution. Even I didnt receive my ordered item. and my money is deducted regarding the order. I do payment online.
