Text of Complaint by Abhishek Parkar:

My customer ID Is 1234903647. No network from last 4 days and I have registered a complaints 3 days before and requested of technician visit. At the time of complaint I clearly instructed that send technician after 6:40 PM & next day in morning I got a call from your technician and I Instructed him also that please visit after 6:40 PM. Still But one of your technician visited in afternoon and no one was at home. After that I have received no call from your technician and no one visited since then.

I have called your customer so many times after that and they are only saying that your complain will resolve today itself and daily they are repeating this same statement but nothing is happening.

Not at all expected from tata sky. Highly disappointed.
