Greeting!!!
This mail is regarding complaints against Zomato, it’s been three days since they are not refunding my amount.
I ordered (1394112135) the food from Zomato on 15th Oct at 2:15 pm, I waited for 2 hrs but food hadn’t delivered at my address.
The delivery boy had denied coming to the address because my address was wrong but Zomato has a policy of 5 km flexibility to deliver on the customer’s order but the delivery boy had denied coming at my address.
So, Zomato had canceled my order without my permission and now they are giving me only Rs. 66 promo code and I paid Rs. 263 for the food. I want my total refund from Zomato.
