I have ordered Lenovo smart watch (order no.- 6252949704) from paytm
on 11 th of oct 2018, first I have received a package after 3 weeks on 30th which was not at all what I have ordered. I have received a packet that consist bracelet.. I haven’t opened it yet .
i have tried a lot calling on customer care but every time I call no. Says busy.
i have applied for return on 2nd nov which was rejected without any reason.
i have been trying to solve my query over text but there also no body is entertaining my complaint
plz sort this this out asap
