Text of Complaint by Prashant Tiwari:

Respected sir,

My name is Prashant Tiwari. I ordered a Shri & Sam Pack of 101 Stainless Steel Kitchen Combo Dinner Set (Steel) on 20th October 2022 (Order Id- OD126311536717037000). It was shipped on 21st October 2022. I had been given the expected delivery date as 28th October. I waited till 28th Oct but my package was not delivered, then your system provided me another date which was 30th October but still I did not get my package. In between, I called customer care several times but they did not give any solution. They said please wait for a given date. They did not provide any reason why my package was delayed, so I asked for compensation and complained about that. Then again your system gave me another date which is 3rd November. On 31st Oct, they tried to contact me for some information but at that time I was not available so I did not pick up the phone, then they said, they will contact me within 4 hours but still, they did not contact me. I am very sad about this whole incident. I want action against responsible people. Please take quick and strict action against them so this type of incident did not happen in the future. I also request you to please provide me with either my package or a refund as soon as possible and I need compensation because time is precious. I lost my time and disturb mentally by this whole incident, so for that, I want compensation. Please provide me compensation too.

I still have several questions. Please try to answer
Q1- Where is my Package?
Q2- What is the reason for the delay?
Q3- Who is responsible for the whole incident?
Q4- What action would be taken against them?
Q5- When will I get Compensation?
Q6- When will I get my Package or Refund?

Please provide me with valid answers to these questions.
I hope you understand my mental situation and try to give the best possible solution.
