I have purchased a Samsung AC on 12th March from Flipcart site under Order ID: OD121240318360358000. When I approach cust care for installation, they said it will be done by Flipcart and will be completed before 16th March. When no one approached me, I call cust care again on 17th Mar and now they say it has to be done by Samsung. When I spoke to Samsung, they request me to pay 2K, while Flipcart charged INR 589 as installation charges. Now the AC is not getting install; neither accepting it back.
