I had placed an order via zomato on 01/10/2019 but the food was not delivered and i had made the payment online. I was refused a promo code for a fresh order when i was clearly entitled to and they denied me a replacement order. They had also promised me a “refund” of the amount that i had paid. I have the screenshots to back my claims. I was not provided the refund and instead, they have credited the amount to my zomato app. I am so unhappy with the customer service that i do not wish to place any further orders and i want my money back. This is pure bullying from the online service. They are refusing to refund my money and I was informed that I would get a refund, not a credit on my account.
