Hi,
I had returned one prepaid order on 25th July,2021 and requested for refund, As ajio TAT for refund is 5-7 working days but till now I had not received any refund. Even the customer care number is not reachable continuously getting busy tone for around 1/2 hour and Same concern was raised over mail to customer team and Grievance team but not response received from their too.
