Text of Complaint by Shubham Patel:

I ordered a Samsung galaxy smartwatch on 15 October 2020 on Flipkart by prepaid method(11,397) I paid the price with SBI debit card but due to some reason I cancelled my order on 19 October and Flipkart sended me message that your money is refunded in your debit card
on 20th Oct but I don’t get any amount in my account I talked to customer care person from Flipkart they told me we have refunded your money and please talk to your bank and i also talk to my bank but they told no money is credited and I didn’t get any single money I again talk to Flipkart then they provide me a email and said to attach the bank statement of your account I attached reply them back and they messaged me that we will resolve your issue by 26 Oct but again nothing happens . please help me regarding this issue.
