Hi, My name is Karnna and i recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S20+ Cosmic Black on 18th October and i have received it on 20th October….On 20th October i have placed a return request as i am facing follow issues with it:

1. Poor Camera Quality not worth paying offer price of 49999 which mrp is 83000.

2. proximity sensor not working at all…when calling someone and keeping mobile on ears backlight not getting off.

3. over heating issue….after continuously using mobile with 4g internet for more than 30mins it overheats a lot and shows a message in notification .

4. Battery Backup is very poor…I have noticed it after 3days of using and charging.

5. Lastly received 35000 of bill without gst which service centre not accepting at all.

Kindly request to solve this asap and pickup this asap and refund my money. Very unhappy with it. Solve it on higher priority please as already today is 6th day and waiting for support …daily am calling flipkart customer care.
