am looking for the Flipkart coupon of worth rs 5650/- which is the value of my exchanged mobile(poco X3). To buy samsung galaxy f12 . Total price of samsung galaxy f12 was rs 9688/-
To buy this mobile I have exchanged my old poco X3 mobile of worth rs 5650/- and , I have paid rs 4149/- in cash. i got the refund of rs 4149/- to my account but I did not received Flipkart coupon worth of rs 5650 /- to my wallet or email id ,
Iam calling to executive officers and managers they are telling that it can be solved by 24 hrs ,but days are keep on increasing
From past 12days iam facing this issue till now it is not solved , there is no response from escalation team
