Text of Complaint by Umesh Jogi:

I had booked two rooms at hotel Pari at Dwarka for one day stay with family on 12th Mar/22 through agoda.com and paid advance amounting 1500 for the same. When I reached hotel it wasn’t booked and it was due the mistake from booking agency. I had to struggle lot with family to find hotel at Dwarka as it was the festive season so most of the hotels were already booked. Anyhow I found one hotel but all this cost me more than my budget due to agoda.com mistakes. Now I am following with agency since a month but there is no refund from agoda.com. and no response too.
