Text of Complaint by Amit Shelar:

I ordered a T-shirt from Flipkart, but the quality was very low, so I requested a return. Initially, the return was accepted, and the pickup date was set. However, it got automatically rejected without any clear reason. I called customer support to inquire about the rejection, but even they couldn’t provide a satisfactory explanation.

They assured me that they would handle the issue from their end, but three days later, the return was automatically rejected again. I reached out to them once more, and the same process repeated. I also tried posting about my experience on social media in hopes of getting attention, and finally, I received a call from Flipkart. However, they informed me that my return time had expired.

I explained to the support person that it wasn’t my fault, as their system kept rejecting my return request every three days. Despite this, they processed another return request, and it showed an expected pickup time of 24 July. However, the package is still not picked up, and today is the 26th day.

When I called support again to express my frustration and explain the whole situation, they abruptly ended the call without offering a solution or resolution
