I was supposed to travel from Kashmere Gate ISBT to Dehradun on 27th May, 11:25 AM and I booked my ticket from Neugo Counter at Kashmere gate bus stand. The bus later on crashed outside the bus stand and all the passengers were asked to leave saying they will get a refund
I went to counter for refund and I was said people who paid online will receive the refund online within 2-4 days.
I tried reaching to them through various ways but they kept saying it would be provided soon
It’s 2 months now and I haven’t received any refund till date.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible and initiate the refund.
