This order has already been returned on 15/10/22 as the product was defective and broken for which I have requested the return however now Flipkart has rejected my refund stating that they have not received the order yet and it’s out of the return window its an error that has been done by their end due to which I am the one who has to suffer my account went to collections and now they are filing cases on me. Now I am left with no product and lots of dues.

I had to suffer a lot of harassing collection calls all day, with no help from their customer services all they say is out of the return window how many times I have called them many times and asked them to investigate so that I can clear the remaining dues which is evident over the calls I have made to Flipkart however no response and denials only its been months they are unable to find resolution even their collection department said they are investigating now they are looking to file a case is it my fault that I have not received the refund even after returning the product.

My Cibil and credit score have been hampered a lot which will impact me in the future because of Flipkart’s negligence and lack of respect toward customers. Please help me to get my refund and compensation for all these I have to face due to the error from Flipkart.

    I have ordered wooden cot on 19th March after some problem for thakan loan i have cancelled after cancellation with out calling they brought the i told them i have cancelled please take it back they said you can return with in 7 days i though ok and on same day they have sent instead i was busy so i don’t se it’s damage and sharp corners my husband is 75 year old he got scratches and my son also got scratches so i required to return on 21st March it’s almost one and half month i am waiting for the pickup and return my money back it’s Rs13468 I have coins In flipkart they reduced Rs250 coins but they are promising and ignore please help me because I have taken loan i am very much desaponted please help me

    I am buying filpkart wooden table and 1 years warranty and after 4 month table problem daily basis down put bottom , I am raised complaints filpkart team suggest connect with brand customer care I tried call and email but not response brand company closed e-mail & connect number, I am again call filpkart customer care please complaint write now, but team not resolve my problem please call

    1. Re: My Order ID – OD328492144586905100 dated 30th June 2023,recived on 3rd July,2023 ,return &refund raise date for defective mobile on 4th,July,2023. On 17th July, u request rejected ,when chasing for testing and continuous discussion for return was going on with u.

      Dear sir/madan
      In reference to above,sorry to say that u have rejected my return request urself and my case u declared as resolved whenever you did not sent the people to test the defective mobile till date,inspite my several reminders to ur call attending execuitives and to their seniors,name like Pravin.
      I reinvite your attention towards the case.Pl go through the case history again. Just see how you have rescheduled the testing dates,again and again and did not send a single person for mobile testing and more over u have rejected my return request and closed the case saying resolved in the last run by own.Such a balunder is never expected from a big company like yours. This is really a matter of shame .

      Hence,therefore u r requested to reopen the case and resolve my issue of return and refund immediatelly completing all ur formalites if there is any. I want my defective mobile to be taken back and refund may be given without any further more delay.

      I m unable to call u or attend yours time and again as I m in abroad for next three months which had been informed u earlier. No proplem u can face there, in my address given in the order as my servent is there to assist you.He will co operate u in all respect.

      1. Yes sir already filpkart team raise concern my wooden table more problem face out but filpkart team not help any case table amount 6000rs
