I Sibu Joseph, booked a ticket through paytm (booking ID 10422750027) on 26/02/2020 (Booking reference Air India Express : ETCBWB) passenger name : Jinu George, in Air India Express from Doha to Cochin traveling date 09/04/2020. But the flight got cancelled due to covid 19.
I requested refund but still i didn’t receive any amount. So many times i called but no use, paytm also confirmed they also didn’t receive the money. So kindly help me to solve the issue.
