I ordered Layasa Casual Sneakers on 23rd April from Flipkart after delivery the Quality was not good so I put the request for return and refund.but product was not picked up till 4-5dys. after that I again did the complaint to customer care. They gave again future date for return. But return was not done. It’s happened continuously 20-25dys no response from company.
But on 7th may Sunday I got call from ekart for return but on Sunday I was unable to pick the call. After that I got a message Flipkart rejected my return request. Every return product has 3 trail for pickup. But Flipkart rejected in one trail. I complained again to customer care they were directly saying no return for your product.
