We booked for hotel room at Tirunelveli on 31st December 2023. The date was entered wrongly by mistake. We cancelled the booking immediately. But the amount refund was not initiated. The loss was around Rs. 3600/- we couldn’t contact the
Customer care and the other mode was by systematic chat. Very very very very worst service. Agoda cheats n grabs money of customers. Very very very very bad. Please no one choose Agoda for any booking.
