Text of Complaint by Deeksha Sharma:

In the first place I put the product in cart and clicked to proceed and in that 2 sec only order got confirmed ,.money was deducted automatically without even asking for confirmation, I didn’t even get a chance to apply promocode

Then I tried to cancel the order bht i was not allowed to cancel it

Then

I got call from zomato
He said he’ll cancel and refund
Then he might have done something
Then the order got cancelled

And didn’t refund
And about they saying I didn’t receive/ rejected the order
For that matter
It’s was delivered at that point even
Ask ur delivery guy he was not even on the way when the order got cancelled
Neither I got food nor refund
I didn’t even receive order nobody called me

The guy who called me and assured me that he’ll cancel and refund
After that the order got cancelled.

I have attached the no. Who called me from zomato

Now refund money asap.
