Its been 3 months now my flight has been cancelled by jet airways. Paytm is taking so much time to confirm from jet airways. The cancellation was done by the airline and I also have the cancellation receipt given by the airline.
Its been 3 months now my refund hasn’t been initiated by Paytm
Every time I call the customer helpline, they provide the same answer that they’re not sure when the refund will get triggered.
