I booked a bus ticket for 2 person from Manali to Chandigarh on 7th Sept 2019, in paytm app bus departure timing it was showing as 5:30 AM, but after booking the ticket I get to know bus actual timing is 5 PM, I called paytm helpline suddenly but they didn’t help, it’s been more than a month now and they keep saying it’s been pending with technical thing. I asked them for refund as they showed wrong timing and also I didn’t took the journey but they didn’t respond yet
