Issue with below Orders:
Your Firangi Bake order 32457774 amounting to Rs. 195 is confirmed
Your Firangi Bake order 32449522 amounting to Rs. 195 is confirmed
Issue:
I have ordered the food at 10PM and accepted the order by restaurant and status updated clearly the order will be will be delivery at 11.05PM. But order not delivered and after few min the status seems food got delivered. i tried to reach restaurant but got switched off. then i reached to zomato customer care and said food already delivered. i told them clearly food not yet delivered and i am doing night shift, it is very difficult to get food in this time. they verified said apologies and refunded money simply. again i have ordered same restaurant and informed to customer care , and they said the food will delivery with in 10min. but food not delivered. i have ordered 2nd time 12AM and i got call from restaurant at 12.45AM and said restaurant closed. then i tried to reach your customer care but they are not connecting chat support hence dont have call support.
my question? if you unable to delivery the food why you accepting my order twice?
why you giving wrong commitment to users?
now how can i manage without food entire night?
why you people creating this kind of issues frequently?
Now i want refund my money along with explanation/compensation because i am facing many issues with your service.
I am not new customer here, i am using from last 3 years and requested many orders. so may is it right way to treat your old customers?
I have attached all screen shots for chat discussion with your customer care.
