I have order some food items from Veer Ji Malai Chapp wale on 02.05.2023 at 8.16 PM vide order no 4842901437 with delivery time is 35 min.
at approx 8.50 PM i contacted to customer care to discuss about my order, they told me that the delivery boy is on the way and took 30 min to reach food point. after locating the delivery boy he is still taking more than 30 min. as all of us know that food item after 1 hr of preparation are not eatable i request to customer care to cancel my order with full refund.
but in last the cancel the order with refund of Rs. 258.03 against of order Rs. 501.50.
Requesting to look into the same and take legal action against Zomato for these type of frauds.
