Hi Sir/Madam, I purchased ticket from Air India on 01Dec2020 with Eticket#0982130110577 & 0982130110578. However, ticket cancelled due to travel restrictions amid Covid. On 05Jan21, I made refund request with the Airline. On 24Feb21, I got a message from Airline that the refund has been executed to the credit card used & they asked me to liaise with the bank . Morethan 100 times called on 18602331407, they don’t answer the call. Morethan 50 emails sent, they don’t reply. I sent Twitter, they replied that ‘the funds has been refunded & asked me to liaise with the bank’. I contacted the bank, but the bank is asking for transaction reference for refund made’. I’m following up with them for refund transaction reference and sent many emails, twitter and made several calls but they don’t reply. Until-to-date, I didn’t received the refund in my account. The amount is 2,600 saudi riyal equivalent to 50,000 indian rupee. This is causing me mental stress. I’m frustrated. I want to lodge a complaint for this merchant.
