I got a call from Megma Freelancer Rajkot based company.He offered me data entry job, saying they are a freelancing company under the surveillance of government. I’ve to fill up 640 form in 7 days with 90% accuracy and they will give Rs. 32/- per form(total 19840/-) and the Registration charges of 4999/- will be deducted from ur salary.
1. They asked me about my aadhaar card, signature and photograph for the agreement. They didn’t show the agreement and didn’t tell any consiquences.
2. They have not disclosed any agreement before the generation of ID and Password after this they have given agreement on Mail with fake detail.
3. So, Megma Freelancer company was a data entry based company ; i started my job and filled around 30 -32 forms correctly . Problem ariose when their login portal server didn’t responsed and i complained for same ; they engaged giving me different login servers but none was working and i informed the same problem to them .
4. Now the company called me again and asked me to discontinue the work and pay a penality of 4999/- or to get ready for legal consequences which you face in future.
5. They threaten me to take legal action. I paid no heed to them. And today i received a call from some Advocate
