Dear sir,

I ordered & made payment dt. 10 march 2020. After confirming my order, Zomato had cancelled it and initiated my refund.

I paid Rs. 352 but they say they have initiated and I should check with my bank.

They have not shown any payment transferred details.Till today I have not received my refund amount.

Sir I am order from zomato at Nov 11,2019 at 12:31PM, and waiting for delivery an hour. After an hour new zam zam call me and tell that we are not deliver your food due to some reseon and then they decline my order. And after camplaining many time to Zomato support and at till they not refund my money.
Please help me sir.
