I have so many times complaints with paytm executive i dont received my refund amount of Rs 14400/-. It’s not any bank concern please send mi my refund amount. I already wait almost 27 Sept 18 to till date. And as per paytm policy refund amount transfer to bank within 10 to 14 working days and it’s already done. So my amount not receive me. Kindly please refund my amount 14400. I have already complaint with the bank. Bank said online transactions is not our look out. I already talk with bank of india employees 2 times and he said it’s not our concerns because it’s online transactions with paytm and paytm gave your refund amount. So it’s your responsibility to give my refund. Sir this is not bank issue it’s paytm issue you solve it you will give my refund why bank gave me this refund. Paytm said me wait 5 working days but I don’t wait for 5 days it’s already late 27.09.18 to till date my refund not received and you say me wait 5 days it’s not possible.
