I have booked Air Asia flight ticket from Banglore to Trivandrum ( date of journey 27 sep 2018 ).Due to routing issue Air Asia preponed the schedule. So we have cancelled ticket,as per rules we should get full refund amount but we didn’t. we have received only partial amount (RS.642) instead of full refund (RS.3490).we have raised this issue to PAYTM many times ( more than 10 times) but we didn’t get solution. We have cancelled the ticket before one month.As per PAYTM policy, they should refund the money within 14 days.We are requesting you to take this complaint and help us to get resolution as soon as possible.
