I ordered wet wipes from two different companies on the app. One of them got out of stock while my order was in the process of delivery. I requested to cancel the order but it was refused. I contacted customer support and told them I am not obligated to pay the full amount if I am not getting my order. At the request of the first agent, I paid the full amount with the written promise I will get my refund as soon as it gets delivery. Now it has been more than 12 hours, after talking to 4 agents and continuously deferring me they are now telling me that they want 24 hours more to investigate for a mistake they made.
