I returned a pair of shoes around 2 months ago .. But havent received my refund.I call ajio almost daily regarding this issue .everytime they give me a date .and now they’ve stopped pickibg up my call even.

1.I canceled my booking on 6 th nov. But i have not received my refund yet. it has been a long time and when i checked it is showing that refund already done.
Like that i was booked a ticket with tatkal and it is canceled due to waitlist and after 48 hours got the message INR 2140/- will be refund to the account but i have not received yet .
We can not belive on indian railway portal because they are giving us the wrong commitment.
