I Have Ordered some Bluetooth speaker on amazon on 27th of June, but cancelled it next day due to some reason, and it was not delivered. As payment was deducted from amazon pay EMI, it still not refunded to that. I have raised complaints so many times still no response from their side, customer executive are useless they always say same language like parrot. It’s been more then 4 months still no proper response from amazon. Worst Customer Care service. Payment is done via Amazon Pay EMI, so the loan co. is asking for payment and they are visiting my home for payment and giving me continuous warning to pay the dues. Order id – 406-8690426-0345909. Please resolve my issue.
