We have raised multiple complaints with flipkart customer care with no resolution. I had ordered two products under Order Id OD327548782212796100. Both of these products were returned under AWB 5963749209983 and 5963747955406 on 5th of April. I had received messages too that both of these products have passed the quality check and have been picked up by Delhivery.

Attached is the PDF proof with the screenshot of the messages received confirming the same thing. Yet Flipkart technical team cancels my refund stating that the return was cancelled. I am unable to understand how can the return be cancelled when all items have already been collected by flipkart. Attached are the messages confirming the same thing received from CP-DLHVRY

Because of pathetic customer service and supply chain management of Flipkart, I don’t have those products with me anymore nor I’m receiving the refund against those returns.

Please take strong action again flipkart for following unethical business practices and customer harassment.
