I placed a order and I received the same on 23rd January and I returned the same on the same day because it’s not look good on me. From last 7 days I connected Amazon customer service team 4-5 times for my pickup but till date on one connect or came to my place for pickup.
1st connect on 25th January: Agent told me that pickup will be done within 48 hours and I’ll get my refund once pickup done but no one has came for the pickup.
2nd connect on 27th January: A female agent told me that she raised the return again and the same will be picked by 30th January before 7PM, if pickup will not happen them I’ll get my refund without pickup but again no one has connected.

Today I again connected and they said they will not progress my refund without pickup.

Why would I wait for the pickup??
Why my refund is not processed if they have confirmed me over the recorded call???
