On 16/10/2021, I tried to recharge my two DMRC Smart Cards with Rs. 200 each. The payment got declined by the side of DMRC but the money got deducted of my bank account. Paytm assured to refund the money within 5-7 business days to my bank account but i haven’t received the refund till now. Kindly take action and help me get my refund.
