The food delivery agent from zomato contacted me and spoke for 30secs regarding directions. Immediatly after keeping the call he cancelled the order stating cx not reachable… I called him back again and agent lied that someone else cancelled hence he cant deliver.. Now i have proofs and call timings for the same.. But zomato has not issued refund against this… I need to sue zomato for the same.
