Text of Complaint by Umesh:

Dear MMT team,

I made a booking on 07 april-23 for Mr. Jamshid who is my guest doing some audit for organization.

By late evening around 9:30 pm he visited hotel and found rooms are dirty and refused to stay there, I immediately call MMT team and told everything in details also merge my colleague call so that ground level truth can explained in detail. My colleague was on fast in the holy weeks of ramadan so he can’t stay in a place like this. MMT team member assured us that the refund will be credited I raise your concert to respective team.

On the same day I again call MMT team around 11 pm , coz no response from MMT side came to me, I again told everything to customer support representative, he also assured me that your concern was already raise to respective team and once they reapond we will update to you and refund will be credited. If I book a property and from MMT side till 11pm no arrangements were done obviously I made other arrangements for him, I can put him on road till 11pm and wait for MMT respond specially if a person is on fast.

It was more than 20 days passed I haven’t receive and I have to pay my debts by 6th of May and this hotel bill is reflected in my card statement. Kindly act immediately on it and resolve this now.
